Elton John & Anwar Ibrahim

Homosexuals, Bisexuals, Lesbians or what is called ‘unnatural sex’, is sinful in Islam.  It is plain clear and simple - no debates, no excuses.  These acts are called defying nature and defying nature means disaster. In this context, it would be the collapse of family institution, identity confusion in youths and deadly diseases. 

We learn from the Koran that the universe, including mankind is bounded to certain rules of God, or some refer it as rules of nature.  The planets and their moons move around the sun on each exact courses and pace, and nonstop since the great big bang.   The earth is placed third after the sun which makes it ‘livable’ by mankind, animals and plants.  It is learned that the universe is expanding at a certain space but I’m not qualified to discuss it, though I really am interested in the subject.  The natural resources from the core of the earth right to the atoms and  particles that are unseen by the naked eye, all have their very own unique character and are only  created in such a way to benefit mankind. 

God must love us very much to create this perfect world just for us to live and love. 

The rules don’t end there.  Our body is also subjected to rules.  The blood must be pumped in and out of our hearts at certain pace of time.  Even the blood has its own character – there are ‘O’ blood type, ‘A’ blood type and the sort.  Our kidneys, livers and every single organ in our body have to be in good conditions in order for us to be healthy.  The million cells in our brain need to be ‘generated’ and in line with our organs and body parts in order for us to live and function well.  

But most of all, all these would come to nothing unless our soul is properly fed with goodness in order for us to understand ‘life’.   

Now this rules of nature is created by Allah.  And like I said, to defy nature would only mean disaster.  Should the earth be shifted only for 0.001 mm from its designated place, we can only imagine doomsday.  Should our blood reverses its flow, we can only imagine death.  Should our brains stop working, we can never imagine at all. 

Okay, so what does this have to do with Elton John and Anwar Ibrahim?  I’m sure most of you have heard that Elton John is coming to town, eh?  He’s supposed to be performing in Genting Highland and the PAS supporters are going berserk about it, because he is gay, which defies nature and therefore, sinful.

Elton John and Anwar Ibrahim are among the millions of people today who are defying nature.  This is why the world seems to be at the edge of doom. 

Elton John is a homosexual and Anwar Ibrahim is a bisexual as decided by the three judges in the first sodomy case in 1998.

So, why is PAS going berserk about Elton John but at the same time going nuts just to support Anwar Ibrahim?  Why the double standard?

Elton John only ‘does’ man, but Anwar ‘does’ both man and woman.  Elton John is not a Muslim and he may not know what the Koran says about gays.  But Anwar is, and he even recites Koran all the time in his speech. 

Between Elton John and Anwar Ibrahim, Anwar posts as greater danger to our community.  Elton John will only be here for a few days or weeks - sings and then maybe make short appearances on TV, radio, magazines and then he will be gone.  But Anwar is here to stay.  And every day that he appears on our papers, TV or internet, he brings us closer to disaster. 

Anwar believes in pluralism of religion that comes with it, liberalism.  Liberalism fights for total freedom including freedom of defying nature in sexuality which for now, is disguised under the name of human rights in order not to stun or chase the Muslims away. 

Anwar may not be open about this right now but he is already talking about it in his talks overseas and through books published by Institut Kajian Dasar (IKD).  For the time being or until he secures power, Anwar can only talk about human rights and not gay rights or lesbian rights.

The talk was what turned his ABIM’s friends against him.  They started to question the books that promotes liberalism and pluralism published by Institute Kajian Dasar which, Anwar is the founder.

Anwar’s supporters may say that the government and maybe writers like me are a little over the top with fighting Anwar.  Well, that may be true but I’m not fighting Anwar for the politics of BN or UMNO. 

Anwar is a threat to our community and the Muslim world in the long run.  His ideas of total freedom and his carefully promoting the way of life that defy nature will take us to a catastrophic situation of humankind.  

So bottomline is, before PAS chase Elton John away, they must first kick Anwar out of the way.
